Frank Stone cabin — Overview
Gothic beauty.

Photos are copies of Franks original pics in the Mansion.
Former mansion demolished.
Frank got the bid to demolish a large mansion owned by a member of the famous family in the 1970’s. He salvaged as much of the wood and stone that he could. He wanted to incorporate it into a guest house at his property in Wisconsin. He had already had the stone stairs and railings built in to his house on the same property.
Frank wanted a simple plan and to see what it would look like if you built with gothic timber beams he had been storing.

KDPA today.
