Living in Minneapolis’ Northloop is great, but it’s even better when you can be out on the deck taking in that view.
We worked with the client and Encompass engineers to add roof access directly from their condo to the roof.
That meant adding a spiral stair and creating a rooftop room to come and go as you please to the private roof deck.
