Major improvements to the exterior and accessibility were required. The residents also wanted to improve the community spaces and the pool.
Working with Encompass engineers, we created a design and construction documents for the renovated condo which is now ready after major improvements. The exterior was in dire need with holes in the siding and deteriorating.
The swimming pool structure and glazing were original and now deficient. Indoor swimming pools in Minnesota are extreme spaces and demand a high level of care and grade of materials for longevity. KDPA worked to insure new glazing was upgraded for longevity and HVAC was designed and integrated into existing structure.
