As business grew Caztek needed more space. KDPA designed their orginal building construction conversion of an existing warehouse for frozen fruits and vegetables. We helped Caztek consider various options for expansion and were able to quickly and efficiently create a design and construction permit drawings working with the city
The best fit was expanding to an existing building on the adjacent lot. This created on opportunity to create a skyway link to connect the two buildings and let more daylight into formerly dark warehouses. Additionally, new shop space designed with in floor hydronic heat creates a comfortable long lasting flexible shop space.
