The new roof deck for City Heights is set to reconnect residents to the cultural landscape of Minneapolis, serving the owners community engagement, and architectural marvel. The new deck and building addition project harmonizes with the great history of the Centre Village building which was designed by architects Partners and Sirny. Built in 1985 it was one of the first buildings in the area to be constructed of post tensioned concrete.
